Float Trips on the Middle Fork of the Salmon

Rates and Dates for Your Idaho Vacation

Our season on the Middle Fork of the Salmon River is split into Early Season, May through mid June, Peak Season, late June through mid August, and Late Season, late August through September.

During the Peak Season we offer six-day trips. Shorter trips are offered on early and late season dates.

  • These prices do not include $4/day USFS fee or back-country flying if necessary.
  • We offer a 5% child discount, as well as group discounts. Contact us for more information on dicsounts.
  • There is a maximum of 24 guests per trip.

We have other dates available, and can float whenever the Middle Fork of the Salmon River is floatable, March through May and September through November. Contact us for prices and availability for these off-season float trips.

At Idaho Wildernes Company we also offer charter trips. We can customize your trip length to fit your needs, anything from 2-7 days. We can also customize group size, satff members, and/or types of boats, just let us know. For eample: 14 fishermen, 2 fishermen per boat, plus one guide per boat for five days. We have over 20 years of experience in providing Idaho's finest wilderness excursions and look forward to seeing you on the river.
